What will our work together entail?
We begin by developing a clear understanding of the problem and what you want to change.
We will identify the patterns, circumstances, and decisions that are contributing to the difficulty, distinguish what can be changed from what cannot, and determine where your efforts are most likely to produce meaningful improvement.
Depending on the situation, our work may involve relationships, decision-making, emotional regulation, boundaries, major life transitions, or persistent patterns that have become difficult to change independently.
My approach is direct and practical. The objective is not simply to discuss problems, but to understand them well enough to make better decisions and produce durable change.
